Procedure:-

If within the same ROC

  • Passing of Board Resolution authorising the change of address
  • Submission of form MGT-14 to ROC with proof of address

 

If there is change in ROC

  • Passing of Board Resolution authorising the change of address
  • Issue of the notice of address change in newspaper
  • Intimation of change of address to the creditors, depositors and debenture holders.
  • Application to regional director in form Inc-23.

 

If there is change in State of Company

  • Passing of the special resolution in General meeting of members
  • Amendment in MOA and AOA of Company
  • Issue of the notice of address change in newspaper
  • Intimation of change of address to the creditors, depositors and debenture holders.
  • Application to Central Government in form Inc-23.
